How long will it take for my studio store to be created?

Studio stores take approximately 1 week to set up from the time we receive your studio logo.  Studio stores are set up on a first come first serve basis.

Will I have a say as to what products are offered on my studio store?

Absolutely. We set each store up initially with 75-ish core items in multiple colors and then if you wish for us to eliminate items or colors, you let us know and we will deactivate them.  If there is a special item you want for your store, please let us know and we will look into adding it.

How frequently do you pay dance studio owners for the merchandise that gets sold?

Twice a year (early January and early July) we will issue you a check for 15% of the retail price of all merchandise sold on your studio store and it will be accompanied by a detailed sales report so you can see what has been ordered.  The first $100 of commission is withheld to help cover some of the expenses associated with setting up your studio store.

As a dance studio owner, what do you need from me?

All we need is for you to fill out the “Sign Up For A Store” form on this website and email us your studio logo.  Once your store is put together, we will need you to approve it and give us the OK to have the site go live.  At that point, we would love for you to promote the store as much as possible as it is in your best interest to do so.

How long do orders placed on my custom studio store take to process?

Due to the custom nature of the products, please allow 3 weeks for delivery, especially at Christmas time.  Printed items can be processed more quickly than embroidered items.

How are my studio logos applied to the garments and accessories?

Most garments are embroidered and some items, such as T-shirts and tank tops are screen printed.  The website will clearly indicate which decoration technique will be used on each item.

Can the dancers personalize the items with names and/or team names?

Yes.  On certain appropriate items we offer personalization.  There is an additional charge for personalized items and that service is typically available on the higher end items such as team jackets, duffel bags, hooded sweatshirts, and so on.  A dancer can add their name, nickname, and/or team name.  The personalization is embroidered and typically resides on the right sleeve in white thread.  Personalization DOES NOT add to the turnaround time of orders.

If I own a CHEERLEADING or GYMNASTICS business can I have a custom store set up as well?

Absolutely.  We started with Dance studios in mind but our business model also works perfectly for Cheerleading and Gymnastics businesses looking for a retail presence.

Can I request items you may not currently offer to be on my studio store?

Definitely.  We just need to have those items available from one of the many suppliers we work with and if not, we will look into establishing an account with that supplier.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes.  Each studio store has an electronic Gift Card option.  These gift cards can be purchased right from the site and are great for relatives or friends looking to give the dancers in their lives the perfect gift.

Do you offer promotional items such as water bottles, car decals, or keychains?

Yes.  Promotional and advertising specialty items are available but require minimum orders and a 3 week turnaround time, depending on the manufacturer.  Please call for details.

Can my dancers return their merchandise if they are not happy with their purchase.

Yes.  As long as the items are returned within 30 days of purchase and are in good condition upon our receipt we will either replace the item or credit the method of payment they used when they placed the order.  However, items that have been personalized with a particular embroidered name may not be returned.

Will the products offered on my custom store change and be updated on occasion to keep it fresh for my dancers?

Most definitely.  In an effort to promote repeat sales, keep the offering fresh, and to keep up with current fashion trends, the product mix will change.  Certain “best sellers” will have a longer life than the less popular items.

As a studio owner, will I be able to offer any seasonal specials or deals to my dancers or dance parents?

Yes. We will offer holiday discount codes and seasonal specials to generate sales when appropriate.  Please call us for details.

This seems too good to be true, what is the catch?

There is no catch!  We recognized a need to offer this service to studio owners and have found a way to efficiently and effectively accomplish that.  If at any time you are not satisfied with our services or your web store, you let us know and we can deactivate your studio web store within minutes.  There are no contracts or commitments on your part.  We know you will love our service and we will have a long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationship.
